- First, tell us what would like to achieve through the training course – introductory, in-depth skills development or perhaps a refresher course
- QED will agree the course objectives with you, then devise a programme which meets your needs and agree dates with you to deliver the programme
- Following delivery, we will ask you to provide feedback to help us continue to improve our services
- In the future you might be interested in linking the training to accredited ILM programmes, we can help you with this too should you decide you would like to offer your staff accreditation in the future.
