Working with a QED Coach or Mentor
- First, tell us what either you or your team would like to achieve or work on with a coach/mentor so we can ensure we match you to a suitable QED team member
- The QED Coach/Mentor will contact you for an initial discussion to clarify and set up an initial meeting to ensure they are a good fit and to agree a date to meet you to put in place a working agreement or contract for our services. The QED coach/mentor will share with you their experience, skills, approach, and discuss record keeping and confidentiality.
- Coaching or Mentoring can begin when you have agreed dates with your coach/mentor and suitable intervals; it will run for the agreed number of sessions. Coaching/mentoring could take place at your workplace or other suitable location or via a platform such as ZOOM.
- We will ask you to provide us and your coach/mentor with feedback to help us continue to improve our services, we are happy to extend coaching/mentoring agreements if this is mutually agreed.
Coaching Supervision
We also offer professional supervision for coaches or mentors either as an individual arrangement or, if you have a group of in-house coaches, we can provide group supervision. Our coach supervisors are experience in coaching and qualified and experienced as supervisors. The process for agreeing coaching supervision would be as above.
