Many organisations have recognised that coaching and mentoring skills are critical for supervisors, team leaders and managers and that’s where we can help. Some organisations simply want short programmes, others decide to invest significant time and resources building an internal coaching culture over time with our support, some wish to create an in-house company mentoring scheme to assist with future plans, whatever your needs in this area we can assist you.
QED designs flexible programmes for coaching or mentoring training ranging from a half-day introduction for new staff to longer skills development programmes over several days spanning a number of weeks or months.

Working with a QED Trainer- Consultant
- First, tell us what would like to achieve through the training course – introductory, in-depth skills development or perhaps a refresher course
- QED will agree the course objectives with you, then devise a programme which meets your needs and agree dates with you to deliver the programme
- Following delivery, we will ask you to provide feedback to help us continue to improve our services
- In the future you might be interested in linking bespoke training to accredited ILM programmes, we can help you with this too should you decide you would like to offer your staff accreditation.
