Who is this Course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to understand about coaching at work and recognise good practice in coaching. We estimate it provides 5-6 hours of study.
What Does the Course Cover?
The course has been created in four sections these are: –
- Coaching Essentials – 16 topics and 3 exercises
- Ethics and Contracting – 11 topics and 3 exercises
- Coaching Process, Tools and Techniques – 17 topics and 3 exercises
- Coaching Records and Supervision – 8 topics and 2 exercises
- Final questionnaire
Online Learning Format
Our online learning is hosted on the Nimble Platform, which is easy to use and access. Once you register with us you will receive an email with login details and be able to access the course immediately for a period of up to 6 months. You will move through the online course visiting each page and undertaking the optional exercises if you wish.
Assessment Activities
At the end of the Programme you will find a final Test, this is designed to provide a basic check on your knowledge. Once you have completed this QED will email you a completion Certificate.
How Much Does the Course Cost?
You can purchase this course by paying £62.50 + £7.50 Vat + booking fee (£80.46) per person, or for group bookings for 6 learners joining at the same time are £300 + £64 Vat + booking fee (£383.99). What Could this Course Lead To?
This programme is comprehensive and based on the Coaching Industry’s standards of Good Practice in Coaching. This course provides a foundation of knowledge which links to the ILM qualifications in coaching at Level 3.
If you wish to proceed to an ILM qualification programme in the future you will already have a great base of knowledge and will be able to move on to the practical application of coaching quickly.
