New Book – “Coaching Skills for Leaders in the workplace” Coming Spring 2009

I was delighted to be asked recently to contribute to a new book called
“Coaching Skills for Leaders in the Workplace” currently being written by my colleague Jackie Arnold. This will be Jackie’s third book and is aimed at managers and leaders who want to know more about developing their coaching skills. My contribution will be in the form of case studies for organisations QED have helped build successful coaching cultures through the development of their managers and business leaders.

This culture fits in with the QED’s ILM Coaching & Mentoring Qualification programmes which all focus on developing the essential skills of those who lead and manage businesses and organisations. There are a number of excellent books on coaching and mentoring currently in the marketplace however this new book aims to fill a gap in that market; It will be an excellent companion for those embarking on coaching and mentoring qualifications including The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) programmes.
