Meet the Founder:
Julia Miles, Managing
Director

Hello – I’m Julia a trainer, coach, assessor and ILM centre manager for over 30 years with a passion for developing coaches, mentors and leaders to be their best.

I set up QED in 1988, becoming a City and Guilds approved centre for trainers in 1990 and adding ILM approval a few years later. We were proud to be one of the first approved UK ILM centres to offer the Coaching & Mentoring suite of qualifications in 2004 and we’ve been doing it ever since.

We’ve trained thousands of people to be effective coaches and mentors, as well as developing leadership skills.
We look forward to helping you and your teams achieve success.
